Description
The Brewery will be responsible for the following:
- Two brewery staff to run packing line, connect lines to the product and provide QA
- Clean rinse water, 10 + PSI Co2 & 12 SCFM @ 90 PSI compressed air for the machine
- Product and Water lines require Tri-Clamp, Air and Gas lines require Female QuickConnect
- Verifying cans are Ball 202 LOE’s, clean and palletized into “half pallets” of 3100 x 16oz
- Product is at or below 32F and at or below 2.75 vols
- 10 + PSI head pressure must be maintained to the tank through out canning run
