Around 1820 in the San Bernardino Mountains of California a tribe of Native Americans called the Serranos inhabited an area on the North side of one of the mountains known as Rock Camp. Known for the many stone surfaces, Rock Camp was a popular place to grind nuts and prepare food. Our community is very important to us and with such a rich and vastly unknown history, we aim to share these stories for you to enjoy over this beer.
We hope that while you sip our beer, you learn a little something about the community we care so much about. The mountain has provided so much to us, and we hope our contribution of hops, malt and barley make drinking in the natural wonders of Lake Arrowhead that much more enjoyable.
This India Pale Ale brings forth a golden color, a candy-like sweetness and a mild caramel flavor. This beer has a fantastic mouthfeel and great head retention. The hops in this beer give you a flowery and citrusy taste, while providing a lemon citrus back note. You will experience hints of mango, guava and grapefruit.
